Exciting Career Opportunity: Join Pipi Nigeria Limited (PNL) as a Customer Call Agent (CCA)
Pipi Nigeria Limited (PNL) is delighted to offer a compelling opportunity for the role of Customer Call Agent (CCA). This position entails engaging with prospective and existing customers to promote our products and services while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the office landline to contact prospective customers, providing detailed information about PNL’s products, services, and benefits.
- Maintain regular communication with current customers to foster retention.
- Calls are scheduled four times monthly as follows:
- Monday of the first week
- Friday of the second week
- Monday of the third week
- Friday of the final week
> Each call session is 1 hour, totaling 4 hours per month.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly remuneration.
- Flexible work schedule requiring only 4 hours per month.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Yoruba language.
- Residency in or near Osun State, preferably Ipetumodu or Ife North.
- Minimum educational qualification of SSCE or OND.
- Male or female candidates aged 23 years or younger as of March 31, 2025.
