Pipi Nigeria Limited (PNL) is pleased to announce an exciting job opportunity for the position of Customer Call Agent (CCA). This role involves engaging with prospective and current customers to promote our products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:

- Make calls using our office landline telephone to prospective customers to inform them about PNL's products, services, and benefits.

- Contact current customers to ensure retention through regular communication.

- Calls will be made four times a month as follows

- Monday of the first week of the month

- Friday of the second week of the month

- Monday of the third week of the month

- Friday of the last week of the month

> Each call session lasts 1 hour per week, totaling 4 hours per month.

• Benefits:

- Attractive hourly pay.

- Flexible work schedule (4 hours monthly).

• Qualifications:

- Proficiency in the Yoruba language.

- Reside in or around Osun State, preferably Ipetumodu or Ife North.

- Hold a minimum of an SSCE or OND certificate.

- Male or female, aged 23 years or younger as of March 31, 2025.
